To provide a functional experience, including Premium features and cloud synchronization, the Application utilizes third-party SDKs that collect a limited amount of technical data.

Personally Identifiable Information:

While the Service Provider does not own or maintain a private database of your personal details, the following data is processed by our partners (Google and RevenueCat) for app functionality:

• Anonymous Identifiers: App User ID (generated by RevenueCat) to manage your payment.
• Transaction Info: Purchase history, country, and currency.
• Device Data: Operating system version, app version, device locale, and technical logs (IP address for connection purposes only).

User-Provided Information (Contact Form)

• If you contact us via the in-app support form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Purpose: We use this information strictly to respond to your inquiries, provide support, and improve the Application based on your feedback.
• Data Sharing: Your contact details are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Retention: We keep this information only as long as necessary to resolve your request.

To function correctly, ZenNote requests the following permissions:

• Camera: To add photos directly to your notes.
• Microphone: For voice recordings and dictation.
• Files/Storage: To import/export images, audio files, PDFs, or Word documents.
• Notifications: For the Reminder feature.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Below are the links to the providers used:

• Google Play Services (Authentication & Core Services)
• RevenueCat (Subscription & Purchase Management)
• Expo (App Framework)

Google Drive Backup (Cloud Storage)

For the backup functionality, this app uses Google Drive API. We only request access to the "Application Data Folder" scope. This means our app can only access, create, and modify files that it has created specifically for its own use. We cannot see, access, or delete your personal files, photos, or other documents stored in your Google Drive. All note data remains under your control and is transferred directly between your device and Google's servers.

• No Marketing: We do not use your information to contact you for marketing or promotions.
• No Data Selling: We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.
• Legal Disclosure: We only disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights in cases of fraud.

We are committed to protecting your data. All note transfers to Google Drive are encrypted via HTTPS. Technical identifiers are retained only as long as necessary to maintain your premium access status.

PIN & Biometry

If you enable PIN or fingerprint locking for your notes, this data is stored encrypted locally on your device's hardware. We do not have access to your PIN and cannot unlock your notes for you.

The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information via the third-party services used, it will be deleted immediately.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
